This is a beautiful and luxurious room right in the middle of the old castle with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes all within a walled historical site. The owner picked us up at the airport and was very kind and willing to help out with anything.

What an amazing location—right inside the walled old city! The windows were insulated enough to make room quiet, despite all the tourist activity right below. Stayed for 4 nights- highly recommend for anyone looking for a great quality place to stay in easy walking distance of the old part of Split. Breakfast provided at the nearby restaurant was superb and the welcome drinks available in the room were much appreciated. Thank you so much to our host for great communication throughout- would recommend the option of airport transfer to make the journey super smooth. Great location in the old town of split. Everything you need is walking distance. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included along with other perks. We arranged for transportation to and from the airport. Very punctual. They suggested local restaurants. Everything was wonderful and I will go back when I visit again.

This property is literally inside Diocletian’s castle. You feel transported back a thousand years except you have a beautiful room with superior amenities. Everything was lovely. Book the room with the balcony and you can enjoy people watching while drinking the complimentary wine.

Location, Comfort & Value

The location of these rooms is wonderful. Falcon, our host, greeted us enthusiastically soon after arrival with much information about our stay and the local dining options. The room was very comfortable with a stocked mini-bar. This was a welcome treat. The showers were hot with plush bath towels, bathrobes and slippers. The history of the Diocletian Palace is right there in the room with a stone wall and windows that are a testament to the history of this building. The breakfast at the LVXOR Hotel (2 minutes away) was delicious and served in yet another part of the palace overlooking the square. There were so many dining options with 1 to 5 minutes from the rooms. Falcon would have taken us to the airport but we had already prepaid for a ride. Overall, this was a fantastic three nights in Split.
