Nice for a quick overnight!
We were hear just one night after spending the day in the redwood forests. It was clean and the bed was comfortable and that was really all we needed. We got up the next morning and headed Napa Valley. This hotel was a nice place to rest.

Bring Earplugs! Kid size shower. No a/c.
Were usually ok with a few issues with the room and I've stayed in horrible hotel rooms in the tenderloin with shared bathrooms with crackheads. But this one was the worst in a long time.First off it was upstairs and there's no elevator so I had to lug my stuff up. Tried to use the key multiple times. Had to call them to get a new key. Got in the room and realized no a/c which was my fault because I didn't confirm on the app. Let's get to the good part. The room directly nextdoor had construction. I got to the room at 7pm they were doing construction until 10pm friday night. It started up again Saturday morning at 9am. I'm not talking painting I'm talking texas chainsaw massacre and beating the walls constantly and hammering and nailing and sawing. Videos to prove it lol. Finally at 11am I called the front desk and they could barely hear me thru the saws. Also the yelling over the saws the whole time. No do not disturb sign so the housekeepers knock on your door early morning to deliver towels. The shower: keep in mind I'm 5'6. The shower head was 5 feet and maybe big enough to turn around with your hands on your hips. I was like ok. I turn on the water..there were 3 settings..hot, hotter and hell. U either got a hot shower or not. Hot or nothing lol. So I was like fine ..a hot shower. Started washing and ducking..then the water turns off. Spatters and the pressure was like a drip. Turns off 3 times.

Ok choice
It is an old place and it shows and smells. Beds were ok, bathroom is old and shower wasn't as hot as like. Breakfast offered was mediocre that limited options for healthy eating, gluten free or otherwise. Fan was noisy, warm room, we kept kicking metal around bottom of bed. Lovely towels and a clean, decent place to sleep. Just not our very favorite.

There are better options - look elsewhere
Yikes, worst motel on the block, run down building and rooms. Beds were small- I had a hard time fitting with my 7 year old. Two adults couldn’t sleep together and not roll off the bed. The walls had cracks, the heater belongs in a museum and the bathroom was dirty. The shower was so gross I bathed in my sandals. The bathtub had the spout broken so you can’t take a bath (wouldn’t want to but still…). The Wi-Fi is low and slow. The owners were very aggressive when checking in and asked us to sign a ton of paperwork about not smoking or having any pets. Thank god we were only there 12 hours. We would have found somewhere else had we been there longer. There are better options - look elsewhere

Older but well kept. Our ‘cozy’ king was definitely cozy but clean. They changed out the towels and emptied trash during our stay which we appreciated. My recommendations are to exchange one of the dressers for a desk and chair (there was no chair in the room). Install some hooks to hang wet towels on (there were no hooks anywhere), and exchange the jet bathroom fan for a quiet one, so we won’t be afraid to turn on the light. The upgraded bathroom mirror with surround LED lights and defogger was a nice touch.
