Front Desk Assistance: The front desk was often unhelpful, and responses to requests made via WhatsApp were significantly delayed, averaging 45 minutes, with some inquiries going unanswered.
Food Service Delays: Our lunch orders consistently took over an hour to arrive, even when other guests who ordered after us were served first. Additionally, several food items were out of stock at each dinner service, and we experienced long waits and cold food.
Pool Noise: The pool area was extremely loud, and the staff did nothing to address the disruptive behavior of other guests, which forced us to leave the area multiple days. The noise was also audible from our room. We even had someone yelling outside our balcony and I had to ask them to leave since it took the staff 20 minutes to respond to our complaint.
Room Amenities and Maintenance: Our room lacked basic amenities such as towels and robes, and the hot water was unavailable on one of the days and even when it was fixed it was only luke warm at best. Housekeeping services were also delayed until late in the day, which was inconvenient, often coming after we had gotten back to the room after being gone all day. I even explicitly asked the desk if they could come sooner.
Power Outages: The power went out multiple times each day with no backup power or lighting, significantly affecting our comfort and safety. There were no emergency lights in the room so when the power went out and I got up I slipped and fell due to not being able
