"My mother and I stayed in Signiel Busan in May for two nights and we had the most magical experience from start to finish! In fact, it was one of the biggest highlights of our 10-day trip travelling around Korea. The room was beautiful, luxurious and comfortable with the most stunning view of Haeundae beach. We were greeted by the loveliest staff at Concierge and I specifically want to thank Ye na (Bella) for the warmest welcome with a Signiel tea and snack and the upmost level of professionalism. Signiel had the most glorious breakfast (with a coffee bar and the freshest ingredients!) and dinner, both of which had a wide variety of cuisines and dishes. We also visited the lounge for afternoon complementary drinks and snacks in with stunning view in a peaceful space. The staff at Signiel are at an exceptional level of customer service with high calibre care to the guests.
