This hotel was so much better than we expected. Every room was space and the beds were the most lux and comfy. The area was quieter than most in Canggu area but had everything you need. The markets across the road and down towards the beach were good. Highly recommend.

The hotel is amazing, the staff is so kind. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and beach clubs as well. It is really money worth. I hardly recommend it. The room is comfortable and the air conditioning is great.

I booked this accommodation for my dad. It turned out to be average, contrary to the pictures shown on Expedia. Staff has been alright however when my dad was trying to catch a taxi, they told him to walk away from the hotel if he isn’t willing to book a taxi they called. The staff are first class from the housekeeper to the front desk to the chef, they will help you with anything you need. Location is walking distance to the beach, many shopping outlets, bars and with a live music venue across the road plus the best massage next door, you don’t need much else. An abundance of transport options if you do want to hit the clubs

I’ve always stayed at Papillon Echo Beach whenever I visit, as my frequent spa place is nearby. Canggu has grown a lot more vibrant over the years & it’s so much more convenient with lots of offerings (cafes, restaurants, bars, beach clubs) nearby. The bed is very comfortable & good room size. Floor is concrete which means no risk of dust mites & quite clean. Very good value for money! A small flaw now at the hotel is that there is major construction right beside the hotel, so you might get hammering, knocking & talking sounds from 8am. The pillow casing & sheets are slightly stained, but this doesn’t bother me as I use my own sheets & travel pillow. Hotel sheets smell nice thou.
