We booked a room to accommodate 4 people- The most expensive one - we were given the cheapest sofa bed , no blankets, no hot water for the 2 nights we stayed there, and the excuse was the hotel was full - Clerks were not pleasant or helpful, he kept saying that’s what we booked and there’s no refund- Very unprofessional- when I didn’t even ask for a refund- I wouldn’t stay here , ever . Not even for free

The price is good. Great for the price you pay. Service was good . There is a restaurant on site, food is pretty good for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is limited but still good, pool good and clean, gym is small but next door has a big gym for like $10 a day usd. 2 food places , mini store and emergency/ clinic on the same block. Hotel staff is good for customer service , rooms are clean for the star rating, air turns off with key, one key only given. They have a transport that brings you to their sister hotel every day for $$ to get the all inclusive experience between before I think 5pm or something . Didn’t use the hotel For that. It was a short stay because was at the capcana area for a few days. This is 20 mins away from airport and 12 mins from downtown punta cana . I always stay here for at least 2 nights when in punta cana for the easy ride to and from the airport instead the long process moving in and out of the major resorts . Will be back
