Easily access Vail, Beaver Creek, and Eagle County. Hit the slopes and explore your peaceful surroundings with a stay in this luxury condo with incredible views.The Space:With two beds, two baths, and an open floor plan, this spacious condo offers your group plenty of room. You’ll love the quiet location with plenty to do nearby: ski resorts, hiking, and biking trails, and the Avon Rec Center next door (pick up a discount ticket at our front desk to access the pool and gym). The master suite has a private bathroom, and the second bedroom has bunk beds and a comfy futon. There is a pullout sofa in the living room, as well. Sit back and relax in the completely remodeled kitchen and living room and take in the phenomenal views of Beaver Creek from the private patio.Guest accessGuests will have access to all of downstairs—the upstairs is locked off. There is underground parking available.Other things to note*Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay* If any personal items are left at the property, we will do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $35 for any items that need to be shipped back to you from your stay (prices may vary for large items).

Clean Condo but no AC
An A/C unit in the living room window does not count as having "air conditioning". I am not sure if this was an owner's description or Hotels.com issue but my search criteria included A/C required and confirmation showed "air conditioning and heating". All bedroom windows are off the exterior hallway with lights that lit up all the bedrooms at night. So we had to sleep with blinds and windows closed which made all bedrooms warm in the evening. The condo was clean. it was convenient for hiking and walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and liquor store. And had a nice view of the mountain/ski lifts. Do not recommend for summer trips or for light sensitive sleepers (like myself).
