This is NOT a four-star property. Go somewhere with a front desk. Not worth the money or stress.
The GPS to this property did not send us to the correct spot. Tried chat and phone to customer service. After being on hold, calls would go to voicemail. Someone finally called us back and seemed irritated. Getting inside was like reading IKEA directions. Parking pass, etc not where they were supposed to be and we either risked getting towed or had to go back to far side of large complex in dark at midnight. It took us two hours to get inside.
Inside, floors were dirty: covered in Cheetos, nail clippings, etc. Crumbs on counters. Hair on bathroom fixtures. There was a bag of dirty laundry in the second bedroom. Floor stains were startling.
Sinks didn’t drain unless you plunged your hand in to hold the stopper up. Deadbolt lock on door broken. How many copies of the key could have been made? Extra pillows in master closet had dust so thick you could see it like little trees. Imagine putting a child with asthma on that!
The furniture is cheap and uncomfortable. No one could sit on the stools for more than a few minutes. Same with the dining chairs; poorly designed and tip backward easily.
We thought the courtyard would save the day. Hot tub nasty/foamy. Ping pong had one paddle. Pool table missing cue ball.
North units face freeway. It’s close and loud.
This was a terrible experience. Start-up company with cheap property flips trying to get rich.
