Cygnett Park Asia
The guards at the entrance porch don't allow the car to come in it and expects guests to get down in open area even if it is raining. They have blocked vehicle entry in porch by flower pots. The room AC temperature controls are not working, at least in rooms 209 and 210. The maintenance engineer told me that I can switch off the AC at night if I feel cold. The restaurant is good and staff is courteous there. Only main road facing rooms (210 was one) have good outside view. Other rooms (209 side) have only a wall to se if one removes curtains.

disappointed -- will not go back
At the time of check in, there was no one at reception at 1 am, I did call ahead but no one to picking the telephone. I was given twin room when I had asked for double bed, so at 1 AM I had to go back to reception for new room. Room service items mentioned as 24hrs were not available. Room service menu was old and ripped. Breakfast as included in my price but I was still charges --after calling Hotel.com this was fixed.

Not so good
Room was not ready on arrival two hours after chech-in. Were asked to Wait for welcome drink, which was never served. Was asked to wait for place in restaurant for dinner. Waited for one hour. On calling was told that there is no room. Contacted room service nobody picked. Got attention after contacting reception. Was served finally at around 23:00 hours. Menu ordered was boneless butter chicken, was served dish with bones. Breakfast was cold at 09:30. Experience was far from good.
