Nothing Royal about Royalton
Tired dirty hotel with questionable food quality. Some staff were great and others should not be allowed to work with people. Senior management were parachuted in to pacify guests and were genuinely trying to make changes but all of this will take time. We decided to book into another hotel mid stay, no sense is getting upset over things we can’t change. Antigua is a beautiful island with wonderful people and we spend a few months each year here….all I can say is don’t let Antigua down Royalton, the country deserves better.

Always a pleasure staying here, the vibe team especially Shomuye and Richard. Drinks at the pool bar was amazing thanks to Latoya. Anything i needed vanessa and sinisha at concierge took care of it within a timely manner. Food is always great but the service is slow at times. Maybe a little more organization would help. Otherwise its amazing i highly recommend staying here you wont be disappointed.

Amazing
My stay at the Royalton was excellent. From arrival to departure I received the best customer service. The hotel and views were impeccable. Every evening the hotel offers multiple entertainment choices, Vernon made sure that you were always informed about what was going on for entertainment. From breakfast until Dinner Beverly, and Danielle always greeted you with a smiling face if you are fortunate to sit in their area while dining. I would stay in the future and recommend anyone vacationing in Antigua to choose the Royalton you will NOT be disappointed.
