Great location and amazing staff. Just a 5 minute walk from Kanda station, I would highly recommend staying at Hotel SUI if you’re looking to stay in a quieter Tokyo neighbourhood. We look forward to coming back here one day.

Room was exceedingly small and narrow, staff were not the typical Japanese friendliness nor helpful. Also, every hotel we stayed at during this trip has a 11am checkout time except for this hotel. A little bit late check out will be hit with 2000 yen fine.

This was a great place to stay for a short trip to Tokyo. The room was pretty small but had everything that we needed. The amenities (ie lotion, face cream, bath salts, etc) that are available down in the lobby were very nice.

The bed was raised enough to store luggage & the head rest has built in cupboards. Not what we expected.

We were totally taken aback by the size of the room. We did not have enough room to open our suitcases, except for one the bed. The double bed consisted of a futon on a base which housed a small safe, a couple of small drawers, and a small fridge. This was against the wall, so you had to crawl over to get to the other side of the bed. The fridge emitted heat which made the small room very warm so you had to keep turning on the air conditioner on as the window would not open. They had a fold out table from the wall, but once this was engaged, you couldn't get to the end of the bed. There were also two coat hangers built into the wall, so all you could hang were two garments. The bathroom was also very small with no room to put a shaving or cosmetic bag anywhere. Definitely a one person bathroom.The room was clean and the hotel staff were great and very friendly, especially Rea. As a.foreign traveler, if I were to visit Japan again for an extended stay, I would probably pick another hotel.

The check in with Kazuto was really smooth and he told me about the takoyaki service, so after putting my luggage in the room I came back down to enjoy some. Both Kazuto and Chyngyz chatted with me a little whilst preparing the takoyaki and they made me feel very welcome at the hotel. It was very refreshing in a city where people dont often make small talk! The tasty takoyaki was a bonus. The room was nice and clean with good amenities. Great stay overall, but the customer service stood out in particular. Thank you Kazuto and Chyngyz!
