I liked its convenience for where I was going. I disliked the absence of any soap or shower gel in the bathroom. I disliked the fact that there was a TV, but it didn't work: it was not tuned in or connected properly to an aerial. I strongly disliked the pre-checkin intrusiveness, requiring submission of personal data, and claiming "it's the law". It is not. Don't insult your guests by making false claims like this. I don't trust them with my personal data and I don't see why I should have to, either. There was no warning of this in advance on the expedia site: if there had been, I would not have booked. As it is, I will not use this provider again.
