風格獨特的老宅 位於市區附近，走路至各個景點方便 衛浴設備共用有些不適 因為是跨年時間入住 附近太吵，半夜有唱歌的聲音 完全無法休息，另外停車的部分要自己找車位 雖然附近有停車場，但是附近有活動時就會被停滿。

老闆非常親切、健談 會給很多台南在地人才會知道的美食和活動資訊 不會介意使用公共衛浴也不淺眠（床很好睡） 而且又喜歡貓的朋友一定不能錯過的台南民宿！

女主人非常nice推薦好多景點和好吃的，兩隻肥美貓咪超級可愛！！一早起來看到陽光和慵懶的貓咪就心情好好～地理位置非常棒，只是海安路會一直到半夜都還有人演唱，不過店家會提供耳塞～

親切貼心的招待

住進吉姆，感覺像住進朋友的家。房東Coco是一位友善親切的女生，一到步，她已經安排好周邊地圖給房客，再按你的想去的地方來告訴你前往方法，很貼心，又窩心地安排美味蛋糕和咖啡。房子很有個人風格，帶懷舊風，設備也齊全乾淨，也欣賞沒有設電視帶來的安靜。我住的是榻榻米房，很寬敞，很舒服。美中不足是窗戶靠近大街上的酒吧，假日深夜還聽到有人在唱歌，比較吵，一定要戴提供的耳塞。

民宿位於市區，近早餐熱點"國華街" 、市場"水仙宮" 、特色巷弄"神農街" ，十分方便！而民宿外的大街"海安路" 晚上十分熱鬧，很多飲酒小舖、喝茶舖及各式特式食品的帥氣小店！ 民宿裝修很別緻，懷舊又文青！地方丶物品都很整潔，唯洗手間是共用有點不便。店主及其他住客都很友善。 值得推薦的小店！
