This was my first time staying with yous, and when we saw that there was blood splatter on the bathroom wall, we brought it to the attention of the person on desk 2 x and nothing was done about it and we were very unhappy about that since we were told someone would be coming up to check it out and clean it, but no one did.
We were also disappointed that there wasn't a coffee pot in the room when we were told there was one.
