"The front desk staff are amazing. If asked for extra water , coffee, towels took less than 2 min to arrive. Great indoor pool. First floor restaurant management needs a little help. Very nice,mean well, but a bit unoraganized. "

- Check in: very slow. Although the staff was nice, it took them 15 minutes to check us in.
- Parking: was extra (R$35 a day) but it’s on property, covered, and valet service included.
- Breakfast: it was included and it was great! Lots of food options.
- Bedroom: it was a little outdated and the bathroom could use a remodeling...
