"Where to start?! Great location, fabulous welcome from the staff, great room with the comfiest bed I’ve slept in for a long time, super clean, and loved the fridge/microwave. And did I say great rates? The value for what we paid was excellent. Bonus: Bankhead restaurant is attached to the hotel (no need to go outside even) and the food snd service were fantastic. The restaurant even has international breakfast options (Indian, Philipino, Eastern European etc). We’ll definitely use this as our mountain base in the future. "

"Lovely view and amazingly friendly staff. Second time we stay here in less than a month. Orbitz VIP indicated the possibility of room upgrade but this wasn’t offered on either stay. Maybe next time? Truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. "

"The Otter was fantastic! The restaurant down stairs “God Folk” was great and very reasonably priced given the dishes being served. If I had to say a negative I would say that although our room was very clean, the hallways were noticeably dirty and could be vacuumed more regularly. The fitness and hot tub area is amazing with beautiful mountain views. We got engaged on this trip and The Otter definitely added to the romantic feel of the weekend."

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room and hotel amenities were great, specifically the morning coffee and tea provided. The hotel also provided very convenient parking and storage lockers for ski equipment which was very helpful. The check in and check out process was simple and easy. I would definitely stay here again. The beds/pillows were on the firmer side, which was not as comfortable as I’d hoped but was a very clean and spacious room. "
