Nice hotel at the end of Banff Avenue . They give you a pass for roam transit to cover your stay which makes travel to the centre&other attractions easy if you don’t want to walk / drive . The centre and restaurants and very walkable. Would definitely recommend .

Great hotel, excellent staff. Convenient location opposite the bus stop; about 15min walk to downtown if you don't take the bus. Hot pool was excellent after a day of hiking. Breakfast was delicious. Overall an excellent stay with spacious and clean rooms, excellent tea and coffee, small signs of wear and tear in the bathroom. The only thing that could be better is sound-proofing in the rooms, could hear everything in the hallway, especially when hikers start really early.

Front desk was very helpful checking in. The room was very comfortable and the gym was well equipped for a workout. The two hot pools were great after a long days hike on the mountains. Easy parking under the hotel in a safe garage. Provided bear spray for us on our trail hikes. Very clean rooms and nice restaurant. Highly recommended to anyone traveling to Banff Canada.
