"Absolutely loved the stay, second visit to the hotel even better than i remember.
Callum checked us in, very helpful, friendly and a warm welcome.

"For the price of the hotel you really cant go wrong. It was clean and had what it need to in the room. Was only located a 20 minute walk from the tower and surrounding areas. The best part was the man that worked there who came out and had a few ciggies with the boys. He was really sound and funny. Will defo be staying again."

We had 2 double rooms and both were upgraded to deluxe at check in.

"What can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. The only impact was no bar was available but they had a solution (you can use the bar in the next door property) the rooms were clean, habitable and comfortable. Even though ours was a very small room (advertised for 3) but it could just fit 1 double and our newborn. We were lucky...

It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service.
