"The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was difficult to get ahold of someone over the phone regarding our booking, though. We had to pretend like we were creating a new booking then they answered rather quickly. The property could use some updating. There's a lot of mold on lamp shades and walls. Gym is very small and just offers some free weights, a treadmill, and an eliptical. Couldn't get the TV in there to work. Breakfast was a bit lacking, no milk for the cereal and no water. family summer 2024. This time around the customer service was professional & consistent. Heather greeted us & made sure that things were comfortable despite the major renovations going on. I'm happy to see the renovations & look forward to the next stay... Maybe holidays. Pool was open and useful on a hit day over 100 degrees. Breakfast was great daily. Chocolate waffles were a pleasant surprise for the kids
