"We had a great time at The Rock hotel! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, although one member of staff told us that we had to book to use the pool at a cost of £30 each for the day. That was a shock, as it said nothing like that when we booked! However, after speaking to another member of staff a couple of days later, we were told that the pool was free if we were staying at the hotel. "
