"The room and en-suite were spotlessly clean, and the check-in and out was easy. From the lower rooms you can hear the rumble of trains underground, but I quite like that. There is an outside terrace at the rear, which I have never used as it has always been dark when I’ve been at the hotel. Staff are pleasant and efficient. I have stayed here twice and already have future stays booked."

"A great hotel with great amenities and spaces. Our room was nicely designed and spacious. Lobby cafe is really great spot to do some laptop work. And the lower restaurant was also really nice. We had excellent service from everyone that there - all very friendly and helpful. This is a great spot overall. Will definitely stay again. "

"I was assigned a room 1130. Once inside room looked until I needed to go to toilet and I saw the toilet seat was dirty. Someone had gone before me in the toilet probably a men as the seat was disgusting. I called the reception and they came after sometime and gave me another room. 3052 which was better but the toilet was for disable people, just a strange room exchange. Made me feel unconfortable."
