"Super nice stay in Royal Shaza suites, away from crowded places. It's a hidden gem. Super clean spacious rooms, nice gym, two pools (bigger and one smaller) and also a big lawn. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was really good, many options to choose. Even it's a bit further it's easy to go around. They had also one of the best massage, I suggest to try it. "Incredibly pleasant and helpful staff. Great location with incredible views. Ability to take stroll along early mornings or evenings. Indian Ocean few feets away, so calming and constantly at your service providing the perfect cool down. Beautifully maintained public pool for your use."

"Good hôtel on a beach where one can not swim. Nice pools and very good service. I was impressed with John, the restaurant manager, for his professionalism and kindness. This property needs some upgrades. The shower is dated and the water pressure is very bad. The staff is kind. I liked the sorroundings, very green and lots of beautiful creatures. I was upgraded to a room facing the beach. Overall it’s a nice place. I recommend it. "

Problem also checking out delayed another hour and charged extra for a mistake that wasn't mine and was a hotel.com error.
No fridge in rooms and antiquated TV with very poor reception. Other than that staff were good but this hotel needs a good injection of money to upgrade the rooms
