"Nice hotel, but needs microwave in every room. Because of homeless population, not good to walk around especially at night. Microwave in the room would make meals convenient. Free bottled water would be nice, but water stations are fine too. Room service would also help even limited to lunch meals only"

"My stay was good! Upon arriving Joseph (Joe) checked us in, very friendly & helpful and good personality! The lobby smelled incredible the whole time we were there! Like powder & jasmine! We rented a car so most attractions were only 15 mins away, decent location.. The hotel is a 5 star so I guess I was expecting more in the room, it was nice, an ocean view window, but nothing else extra.. comfortable beds & spacious bathroom, the rooms didn’t smell like the lobby tho..

"After 7 days at Kona on the Big Island, we decided to end our trip on Waikiki Beach for 4 days. We chose the Perfect Hotel for us. Shocking how clean everything was - not just our room but also the public areas. We updated to VIP status for a bit more money - definitely worth it. Room with balcony;
