"I cannot praise the staff & the owners enough. It is a family run hotel & it shows; Maria was pleasant; fun & went above & beyond what was necessary to assist us during our stay; her son Bobbie was a delight. Peyko brought us local fish at dinner to try; it was lovely & something i probably wouldn't have tried otherwise. The staff were polite & very helpful.
Tea; coffee & water are available all day free of charge; breakfast self serve with a adequate choice.

"I stayed here for 2 nights and it's a great location and view of old nessebar. There's one paid parking lot for the whole of old nessebar that's less than a 5 minute walk nearby. The path and stairs to the hotel are not the most accessible if you have a big suitcase and aren't strong. The reception is on the level above the street and is only available during to the day, the front desk lady was quite nice and accommodating. The room itself had a huge balcony with a view of the black

"It seems at one point this was really a 5* hotel. However, it has been run down. Yet, great location, nice breakfast, staff is super friendly, polite, helpful. Has little parking on site, the rest is offsite. Because of the overall condition of the room I do not think it is worth the 141€/nigh for the smallest room. "

"I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. Food was same every day except for one replacement dish a day...

view. The staff was super busy but also very polite. All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole. They also had free on site parking right next to the building. Would highly recommend because of the parking, location, cleanliness! "
