"We had a great stay in this hotel in Manali. The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was very comfortable and the meals were very good.
Our overseas credit cards wouldn’t work so they allowed us to check in and stay the first night until we could locate an ATM to be able to pay in cash. We felt very safe in the area "

"This hotel claims to be 4-star however there was no heating in rooms in December. They charged exorbitant amount for rod heaters which were not heating the room.
Food was good and housekeeping staff was helpful.

While I was riding taxi from the hotel, I received the call from manager to get the cash that I had left behind. I really appreciated it. I highly recommend this hotel. "
