Booked to celebrate a special birthday and even though we were there for one night the staff took the time to sing happy birthday during our lunch and presented me with a beautiful cake and flowers. On the first morning housekeeping "helped" themselves to some money from our room. It wasnt even Dong!
Staff attitute changed towards us when we mentioned the missing money. They basically called us liars.
So many excuses like
- do not disturb was on so housekeeping didnt go in which was not the case
- Maybe when you opened the door the wind blew it away!!!!.......
Never had hot water, lukewarm at best
