That includes all bedding, floors and the doors were swollen so they would not shut. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in a damp bed. The room also smelled like a wet dog from being so damp. The floor was not vacuumed before we took possession of it. There was dirt and candy left untouched on the floor. The

"About what we expected. A fair price and a fair room. Needs some attention, though. Bathroom door would not shut all the way. Night stand drawer was barely hanging on. Could have used some dresser drawers to put stuff into. None in room. Fridge and microwave were fine. AC and bed were great. We will probably stay here again. "
