"Everything was pretty good. The room was clean. It had 2 queen beds but no other furniture. We really didn't have anywhere to sit or eat. It had a plywood desk and 1 plastic chair. Oh and a hammock that was directly over 1 of the queen beds. Also parking was a little limited. Also had a tea kettle but no coffee so we had to purchase coffee at their on site coffee bar. They had a lot of outside areas that were very comfortable and relaxed. Also place is very pet friendly

"We were in room 1. Beds were pretty comfortable and room was clean. Very loud hotel with people partying in the parking lot into the evening then waking up extremely early to catch charter boats and yelling from room to room at each other and into the parking lot. Definently a fishing hotel. Grills and crab pots and cleaning area available Good location to the town area other then the hotel being right next to pacific seafood and smelling extremely bad when you are outside of the room...

"Jackie and her husband at the Shiny Motel were a friendly port in the storm for me and my two pups! LITERALLY!🤗 I was in town for a church retreat and my original plans fell through. We were in the midst of a torrential downpour and with two tired pups and no reservation, Jackie made room for us and we are so grateful! "The place was very clean, but we were put in #1 with a street light right out side the window. Although there were plenty of empty units. ALSO , be aware the water tastes terrible, would be nice if there was some bottle water there to drink. In my option it is undrinkable. It was very quiet, and we didn't have a chance to walk to the beach but there seems to be a very nice trail leading straight to the water! I would stay there again. "
