family. Saturday night pool session was great, the entire hotel was clean and nice. Seemed like housekeeping was a little short staffed because they were a little slow. Front desk staff was great! Although some other recent reviews said rooms were in bad shape, we had 2 good rooms. Beds were comfy, towels were nice. You could hear some noises coming from other rooms but nothing a little white noise didn't overcome. "

"Great price, very clean, and perfect for if you're going to an event near the PNC Arena. We went for the Blink 182 concert and were very happy with it. Also the neighborhood is great and it's located in a very good and safe neighborhood. Its very quiet and in a great location. Very friendly staff and pet friendly. "Very convenient location but very pooly maintained. Bright lights shone in the 2nd floor room but no blackout shades to pull. The hotel smelled horrible. The one elevator was very slow and had significant damage. The staff was good and the room in need of repair but was clean. The police were called to break up a "disturbance" in the lobby.
