"This downtown property is a great place to stay in the heart of Laredo. The parking is free and has security 24 hours. We have an EV, and they have free charging if a stall is available. This made it an even better deal! The pool is beautiful, and the staff is awesome. They go out of their way to make you feel special. Stay here every time I go to Laredo. "

"Nice and quiet, till next morning when house keeper know my door 1 hr before check out time, try to open and ask : still here?, ignoring the sign saying "do not disturbe", the room has 2 doors, they do the same on the second door, i was just trying to sleep as much as possible, but i can't this time, makes me mad!
Other that that big inconvenience, nice room, beatiful pool and nice people on front desk. To bad for house keepers."

"Loved the interior feel, with all the rooms facing inwards towards the common area. Continental breakfast was amazing!! Lots of food options, and hot foods too!! Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice to sit on the couch in the living room as needed. AC unit was kind of a problem, worked when it wanted too. This place is pretty quiet with the occasional kid running down the hallways. Didnt expect such a large hotel in such a relatively small town. But it was a nice...
