"Not a great attitude from the reception staff during check-in, telling us that the room we booked didn't exist and blaming Hotels.com for advertising this non-existing room. Eventually, after dragging our luggage from one room to another for an hour, they put us into an OK-ish room but still not as advertised, and refused to upgrade us to a better room for free. "Wonderful new hotel right in the heart of Tramuntana Mountains. The staff are fabulous - friendly and responsive. Always working hard to make sure everything is just right. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite - lovely. Beautiful design - all natural materials, stone and linen. The pool is a real highlight - such a wonderful place to unwind. We also enjoyed a treatment in the Welness Area. And fhe food was great - high end, and great service."
