"Polite and helpful staff when my grandson got sick she helped us find medicine in the middle of the night and gave us fresh towels and sheets when he got sick. My only three dislikes 1)beds are too hard 2) blinds behind curtains aren't dark enough or close enough to make the room dark to help you sleep and 3) when you turn the light off by the door you no longer have power to the lights between the beds. Other than that the jacuzzi was so relaxing and the kids loved the

"Front drsk check in girl was fantastic and friendly even though she had to deal with a lot of simultaneous check-ins. Quiet, Clean room. A/C worked. Hot Water worked. TV worked. Door lock & card entry worked. Bed could've been more firm, but at least it wasn't that way too soft memory foam. I slept great. Breakfast had everything you'd want, protein & sweets. They had a Nice Weight room with Actual Dumbbells!
