"Great stay - staff were lovely and amazing. Food was really good and service first class.
We were not briefed that well at check in (we had a Suite) so would have liked to use the pool at the top of the resort which looks amazing. The one by reception is tired.
Sadly the water in our private pool was v cold but overall we will return but would want to stay near the top of the resort. It’s high - very high but has spectacular views. "

"Wow. Wasn’t expecting this excellent level of service — better than most places we have ever stayed. VIP room wasn’t huge but bed and view and bathroom (fab soaker tub) were top notch. And believe everything you read in reviews about the breakfast buffet. OMG — literally 50 choices Rooftop restaurant and poolside bar were great. And SOOO close to wonderful sights in Heraklion, like the archaeology museum and the ancient technology museum and the Venetian fort. The staff are wonderful too...

"The outside areas were perfect, loved all the double day beds and hammocks, the decor was lovely would have liked a more luxurious bathroom but it was perfectly adequate and clean. There was nothing we didnt like. the staff were welcoming and so friendly and the on site

Nice sandy beach, with some rock plates off to the side in the water, comfortable beach beds.
When it’s full, beach beds are very difficult to find, both on the beach and around the pool.
Pool, pool bar and beach bar close at 6PM (18h), with more than two hours of sunshine left to enjoy (in July).

"Hotel is a 15 minute taxi from airport and we arrived early. Delighted that we were able to access our room immediately and even had a complementary upgrade. We can honestly recommend the swim up rooms, and location right on beachfront was amazing.
The mini bar only sticks a small selection of fizzy soft drinks and a couple of bottles of still water. So don’t expect wine or beer!
Staff were without fail polite and helpful.

Imagine strolling along Port of Hersonissos for some great waterfront pics. It's located 0.6 mi (0.9 km) from central Limenas Chersonisou. If you carry on walking you'll get to Sarandaris Beach for some more water views.
If thrills are what you're after, head to Star Beach Water Park, located 0.8 mi (1.3 km) from central Hersonissos Centre.
