And check on was fast.,BUT walking to our room which was 122 we could smell cigarettes (and you could clearly tell it was not just 1 ) coming from the right side of the hall. Got to the room and turn on the fan to clear the air . We left went to spend time with

"Hotel is well kept. For the most part clean. In some places you can tell it is on the older side, but for the price, it is really good. The beds are a little hard for my comfort. The breakfast was adequate for a continental breakfast. I would stay there again."

"Staff friendly as check in and we’re consistently working to make sure things were clean. Coffee available all day and decent breakfast included available until 10. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and met our needs. Pool area was nice with space to cook and eat. We had a great stay!"

But with that said "only minor stuff". The building was clean and well maintained.
The elevator was none functional which made it difficult for my wife (post surgery) on crutches to climb stairs. "Sh!t happens and things breakdown" understandable.
The staff was super friendly, room accommodating, pool decent and breakfast surprisingly tasty.
