Staffs very unhelpful, no welcome drink, restaurant taste bad, room are not clean as request. General Manager were careless attitude and accused me for complaining to get benefits. They promised to give me the refund for the night that i didnt stay but i am not sure i could still get it back. This hotel definitely not qualified as 5 stars. And its a shame of...

Also, the massage and the onsen were more than amazing. Above all, we were extremely satisfied with all the staff there. "The room was good and thw staff were friendly and polite. The view from the pool was nice and the gym was equipped well wnough for a small room in a hotel. The only issue was the breakfast. It was not authentic, there were few dishes with no labels and only few vegan/vegeterian options. The served egg was great, as you coukd get it fresh as you like it."

had a wonderful stay at San Marino. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Facilities were good. Location was good 👍 not too far from night market and you can see the head of the dragon bridge from room balcony. Breakfast was basic but was ok. Special mention to Hai who was our go to person for local recommendation and driver who works nights at the hotel. Hau and Phuoc always greeting us with the warmest smiles at reception. The coffee shop next door had the best Salted coffee. 👌"
