"The staff were nice and helpful but the hotel had dated quite a lot in the 3 months we had booked. It isn't in the best area but close enough to major attractions using a taxi. The worst thing was the temperature. The rooms are exceptionally hot, despite requesting the temperature be turned down every night. The staff informed us that rooms do not have individual climate control. It was convenient to have breakfast there every day but some of the food was quite stale"

"The stay at the Crillon was amazing. Right from the start the guest services were excellent and professional. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and very clean. The housekeepers kept the rooms fresh every day which made the experience enjoyable and sanitary.
Breakfast was incredible! They had every morning delight imaginable and even had made-to-order items.
The area, St Martin Plaza/Park, was quiet and safe.
