"All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Not everyone spoke english, but they all did their best to assist us. Rooms were quite and cozy. And its the best breakfast buffet you'll ever experience."

"Hotel is very close to all the activities. Hotel shuttle takes you to Toba station and the aquarium and the pearl island are walking distance.

"Wonderful service & food. Multi course traditional dinner & breakfast. Our waitress/maid for our stay, Ota-San was fantastic. Access to private onsens as a couple was nice. They also provided yukayas for us to wear on property. Amazing ryokan experience!"
