"WOW!!! This property sits high on a hill & is breathtaking! Staff was very friendly & helpful. Elegant ambiance, so many different areas to view, lots of things for children to do. Wish we would’ve been able to stay longer! Needed a room for 3, got a family room which included 3 separate rooms & 1 1/2 bathrooms!!! Highly recommend!!!"

"The hotel is about 10 minutes from the old town. Quiet location, big car park, not noisy. Rooms are a good size, clean, aircon for the hot days. We had room 14, balcony just above the entry way into the residence area. You can open the window if you wish. Breakfast was good, bread rolls, ham, cheeses, yogurt, fruit salad, boiled eggs, salad, juice, tea, coffee. Dinner is lovely, plenty of salad to eat first, then great German food. Its lovely to walk around the residential area and see...

"Spacious attic room with hot strong shower. Good coffee machine. Comfy bed. Complete silence in the room was very refreshing. WiFi signal was very weak, but that was the only problem. "

"Vi hadde ikke fått med oss at hotellet måtte kontaktes på forhånd for innsjekk, og ringte først flere timer etter resepsjonen stengte – i tillegg kom vi enda halvannen time senere. Likevel ble vi møtt med et smil av en hyggelig og imøtekommende resepsjonist. En ekstra positiv overraskelse var at frokost var inkludert, selv om dette ikke var tydelig i bestillingen. Rommet var romslig med gode senger og et nytt, rent bad. Vi er kjempefornøyd med oppholdet og kommer gjerne tilbake!"

"I walk with crutches and although the receptionist told me their their website states there is no lift I did not notice this fact on the website. Our room was on the second floor the receptionist did not even apologise that I would have difficultly getting to our room."

"Guten Tag, ich habe vor Wochen ein Zimmer im Dorf gebucht. Als ich gegen 23:00 Uhr am Hotel ankam, habe ich mehrfach geklingelt und angerufen – leider vergeblich. Jedes Mal landete ich auf derselben Mailbox, auf der ich auch Nachrichten hinterlassen habe. Doch niemand hat mich hereingelassen. Bei eisiger Kälte vor dem Hotel übernachten zu müssen, ist absolut unzumutbar. Daher habe ich kurzerhand ein anderes Hotel gebucht und werde in Zukunft nicht mehr in eurem Haus nächtigen. "

"The decor is old school (which we really liked!), the veg breakfast was awesome, and the neighborhood was pretty to walk around in (nice gaardens). It has free parking and a free laundry machine. It's hot in the summer (no a/c), but it didn't bother us because they provided a strong fan. The coffee system was a little confusing (you either use tokens), but it's free at breakfast. "This is a wonderfully clean hotel with all the extra amenities but without the hotel feel. Each room is unique and each area of the hotel as you walk around the property changes as if you are walking around a little village instead of a hotel. It is a very comfortable place to stay."
