Beds were comfortable. Very few parking and the parking spaces too small. Spiders on the ceiling(4), Hair from people that stay there before in the tub and sink, and also dirty splash’s mirror. The microwave and fridge were nasty in the inside!

Disappointing Stay - Would Not Recommend I was deeply disappointed by our stay at this hotel. The pictures online were very misleading and did not match the actual condition of the property at all. The room itself was far from clean: the bed sheets were dirty and had hairs on them, which was quite disgusting. The bathtub was also dirty and had hair (including pubic hair) in it, which was off-putting. The parking situation was inconvenient, and the surrounding area felt unsafe. There were many homeless individuals camping in tents around the building, lingering nearby, which made us feel uneasy. Overall, it was not the experience we imagined, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

It’s right next to a homeless encampment. The window has no screens so it felt unsafe to open the window. The towels were dirty and the shower was so out of date and falling apart.

Lots of homeless encampments around motel. Staff was great, but the hotel definitely needs a full remodel.

2/10 Poor

I checked in and checked out within 30 minutes. Be aware this hotel room is nothing like the post. The lock on the window was broken, clearly the result of a forced entry. Half the swing lock was missing on the door so that could not be locked either. The surrounding area of the lodge had people doing drugs. Safety was the biggest concern. The room also had a ton of bugs in the bathtub and on the bed. Smaller issues included a dirty lamp shade and hair in the microwave.

The customer service they have had in this property was terrible. The gentleman that works in the front desk has no people's skills and no customers service skills whatsoever. Giving this place a one star, it's too much. They deserve a 0 stars. Not only that, I asked a gentleman, the days I was gonna stay there and I gave them permission to charge me for those days. He did not charge me for that 1 day and to top it all off. I just noticed when I got home. That they charge me a 100 bucks extra. Not only the customer service was bad as it is. From the rooms, some of the parts were falling off. Overall, the experience was terrible worse than terrible. I cannot even find a word that goes was terrible or bad. And not only that is bad for business, especially when they take away a $100. That wasn't supposed to be charged
