This was the filthiest hotel I have been so far. Room was dirty, with brown spots on the wall, and was full of dust.
In the “kitchen” - which technically was not a proper one, rather a tea bar” - had arachnids around the counter top, kitchen hob and microwave.
Moreover, there’s no one that could assist you. Everything - from check-in to checkout - is done through an app. Funny enough you need to contact someone to get the app code to login, and the only way to do so it’s to send a WhatsApp message to them. They won’t answer phone calls, and WhatsApp response time takes at least 30 minutes.
