Poor customer service!!!!
This was a bad choice, I was notified two days before my arrival that parking was across the street and still had to pay 29 dollars a night and couldn’t cancel. There was a urine in the elevator we had to use at the parking garage, We shouldn’t have been charged for parking I paid about 200 a night for two nights and was there for a wedding and this just made our stay a pain!!!!! I will never stay at a Hampton inn again!!!!!!! The staff never greeted us nor asked how our stay was. They offered valley parking but when you have to come and go with tips parking would have been outrageous!!!!!! I am so disappointed with this service it’s my last stay at a Hampton!!!!!!!!!!!!
