Room furniture was beat up, cabinet doors would almost fall off when open, there were multiple items of trash found in room, staff wasn't rude but wasn't friendly and one elevator was broken and the one working elevator was absolutely tiny resulting in LONG wait times. Will never stay here again.

Great Location with a great rate!
Stayed for two nights for my wife’s birthday. Great location for accessing subway system and very centrally located with a walkable distance to most attractions we wanted to see. The room was a clean, comfortable and very fairly priced. Would recommend it to others and will stay here again.

The hotel is in a very good location, just two blocks away from Times Square. What I would like to suggest is for the front desk receptionists to smile at least when they talk to people. Also the things in the rooms didn’t work: the safe, the TV, the toilet was leaking and the window had a crack which was taped. We booked it because of the location.
