DO NOT STAY! READ REVIEWS
Please do NOT book with Hotels.com! I paid for this in advance. Went to check in after our day at Disney World. Waited 3 hours to be told they did not have a reservation for me. by this time there was no hotels available. We slept with our kids in our mini van. We paid for a 2 night stay. Hotels.com denied my refund. I have yet to see a refund for it at all. We NEVER checked in. Most people who were able to check in after a very long wait ended up coming back with complaints of rooms not being cleaned or door cards not working or it not being the room type they reserved. There was ONE woman working by herself. I should have read the reviews! PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS! This made our stay in Orlando difficult. I cannot even say it was really the employee's fault. But either way the hotel was overbooked. And you will not be refunded!

Awful stay- NEED ACTION
I would like someone to contact me regarding a refund or credit. This hotel did not replace soiled comforters, leading to lack of sleep we also were not given room service in the multi day stay that we added continue. WiFi was out the entire time at the hotel making work or other things impossible I am used to budget hotels and have been here before but I've never had to go purchase my own toilet paper bc the hotel would not respond. We tried the front desk multiple times, they did fix a clogged toilet and removed the soiled linens - but DID NOT replace them leaving. Us I a cold room w a sheet and no comforters, towels, and sufficient toilet paper I know what to expect from a budget hotel but this was absolutely awful and the front desk just shrugged and said they'd get to it.

Not Happy and Not Satisfied! Hotel needs upgrade!
The pictures that's posted and the amenities that was stated is not true. The hotel is run down and very old. Very outdated location and damage to the rooms are very unpleasant to see. There is water damage in the rooms, ceiling damage in some spots. The house cleaning team needs to do better with cleaning the rooms, there were unclean sheets and pillow cases. The TV only has 5 channels if even that and the picture quality was very poor. They gave us a room that people were already in and then we had to go back to the 4 more times because the keys didn't work in the rooms they switched us too. We waited in line just to speak to the front desk for an hour. The two gentleman were very nice and apologetic. The owner needs to really get more staff and clean that place up. Stop catfishing people with the website. Once its updated and things are properly functionable they can put the right pictures up. The location is good as to restaurants and other amenities but the hotel is not.

Do not stay here!
The location was okay, the hotel is outdated. We waited over an hour to check in. Housekeeping is not done daily. The door to the room barely closed. We did not feel safe. No lights worked in the room other than the bathroom and vanity light. Terrible stay.

You get what you pay for
The room smelled of old wet wood, the drawer on the dresser was broken when I pulled it out. The stand up bureau smelled like moldy wet wood. There were stains on the bedding and pretty sure there were bed bugs as we woke up with red dots all over our arms. The shower ceiling had black mold all over it. The carpet was stained and smelly. Wore our shoes the entire time and made paths to walk with the towels to avoid the carpet. There were roach traps beside the bed.
