Really nice room with a very comfortable bed. Very clean room. Unfortunately, I pucked up an ear jnfection from the pool. It did look a little dirty and I couldnt smell any chlorine but i took the fisk becsuse it was hot and was such a nice place.

Amazing place!
One of the best hotel resort I’ve stayed in. Everything was perfect. The room, the views, the pool, the gym and the private beach. Even the WiFi was fast! I lost my Apple Watch and the staff were able to find it. The infinity pool is amazing with the glass bottom. The water was a little cold. I wish the seafood restaurant on the beach was less expensive. I love that the pool lounge chairs and cabana were opened and didn’t need reservations. We got the mini suite sea view room. If you want to see the sunset get the ocean view. Make sure you don’t miss the sunset! I will definitely come back again!

The breakfast buffet was second to none. I had little hope for the buffet after the first night's dinner was somewhat of a disappointment but overall, I would eat breakfast there every day. The staff were always respectable and professional and helpful. The ease of access for room service as well as all the other services was impeccable. Everything about Royal Cliff is absolutely stunning. The views are unbeatable, the pool is beautiful and the service is amazing. My ONE complaint that would prevent me from staying again was the fact that I was moved twice due to a mildew smell in the room and every single room (even the one i stayed in for a week) had this awful STRONG odor of mildew. Everything else was phenomenal but the smell truly was a problem. Staff were kind and helpful but there didn’t seem to be a real solution to this issue.
