the staff was not friendly at all. Only the person at check in was nice to us. Everyone else, servers, bartenders, cleaning crew, were always rushing us during our stay and not friendly. I also had a very disgusting situation at one of the restrooms by the pool closer to the Colonial Buffet. The bathroom had poop on the walls and the door.

It’s beautiful place but we are not expecting that the light above the sink area wasn’t working I have to used my flashlight from my phone to get my make up done, And the drawer wasn’t working got stuck And there is no Lotion and hair conditioner no shampoo and as we travel from far we was travel from far and we were not happy about it

We spent a lot of money for a weeks vacation and the pictures they have advertised are not what it is when arriving. There is only one restaurant to make reservations, the rest are buffets and the food was awful. Not only did we get sick but a few others we met at the resort said they were sick. We had several problems with our room they said on multiple occasions they would send someone never did. I will not be back here and will not recommend to anyone, as they didn’t even offer us a credit or anything .

The food at the main Buffett hall was delicious for every meal while we were there. The staff were very friendly and engaging for entertainment. The room was terrible. Beds were uncomfortable. Sliding doors to the bathroom and terrace didn’t work without hard work. We arrived to not enough towels and the sheets all had stains. The bathroom had not been cleaned as there was urine stains on the toilet. The rooms look like a motel off the highway. They also didn’t have the room that we reserved when we booked 2 months earlier. The beach was great and the pools are nice and open 24 hours but they are not cleaned often. The sports bar was great for end of the night fun with the family. Games to play and sports to watch. Lots of entertainment throughout the day which was good.
