Great airport location
We love AC hotels. Always clean and staff is always amazing. Very close to the airport. They have a shuttle which we did not need so can't say much more than that. Bar staff was quick and friendly. Burgers were very good. Room was spotless and comfortable. Only complaint was housekeeping knocked on the door 9am of checkout day and came in when we didnt answer in time. Partly our fault for not putting do not disturb out but being we only stayed one night and hadnt checked out, since that is at noon, way to early and not needed.

We had a reservation but others continued their stay, therefore we were assigned a room next door instead. We were not happy. What good is a reservation ? And then we would have been charged for WiFi. No compensation at all.

Perfect for our trip
We were there for the taylor swift concert--gorgeous hotel. Some finishes look like they were done too quickly though. And we occasionally got a whiff of sewage in the rooms--could have been because it was a very busy weekend for them and after two big hurricanes. staff was lovely. location ideal for the airport and has an adorable little shopping center within safe walking distance. Affordable, clean, comfortable and spacious.

I decided to stay at this hotel because it had good reviews. It was okay in my opinion. The location was great and walking distance from shopping and restaurants. The downside was the bed was so uncomfortable. The view is really not a view, you paying to look at other hotels. The Breakfast was not worth paying for. They don't have american food its only food from Spain.

Only overnighted here in transit. The property itself is very nice and our room was excellent. Seems to be very new. The twp complaints I have are the parking lack of signage for checking in. Had to pay a hefty price for parking. This took me completely by surprise as I had no idea. As.for checking in, I had to drive to an area, walk in tben take an elevator up the lobby area to check in. There was no area to leave your car while checking in. I was told I had to proceed to the parking lot, which incidentally shared with the adjoining main Marriott property

I never if this hotel until I was looking for a hotel nearby my cruise. I feel in love with AC Marriott. It was amazing and beautiful I arrive early due to my flight but I was able to enjoy my hotel stay and facilities. This is a beautiful hotel I will look forward to stay again.
