Terrible customer service
The room is big and spacious, the location is very good but the lack of customer service could make your stay a nightmare. The ladies at the frontdesk seemed to hate their job, they just don’t care the guests. Limited to do a basic job with no smiles. I would reccomend this place but need to change the customer service and guest attention.

Poor management
We had called ahead for an early check in. Regular check in was 4pm. They did say they would try their best and didn’t think it would be a problem ($75 fee of course). Our room wasn’t ready until 5:10. We stood in the lobby for one hour with our 4 young children and luggage. When we arrived at 2pm we were told it wouldn’t be ready till 4 but it would absolutely be ready then. No manager in the hotel to help. We were told she would call us asap the next day. She did not call and when we reached out it was the wrong phone number. Poor management for a not so great hotel. No apology or compensation returned. There were a few nice employees who felt bad but offered no solution.

Not worth the price.
Overall it was okay. The resort fee wasn’t worth it. Never any towels available at the pool. Housekeeping was quite rude and inflexible, we asked for our room to be made up while taking our dog for a walk, staying out of our room for over 2 hours but it wasn’t long enough. Front desk staff very friendly though.

Gah. We came on Christmas and booked this hotel due to the VIP access Expedia offer of a late check out (heading out at 1 pm). We requested a 1 pm checkout, and mind you we checked in after 6 pm, and were immediately denied…. No ask to check our room number etc just asked for more money. The supervisor was so rude about it… on Christmas to boot. Our five year old just wanted a chance at the pool before we headed out. Overall, the 4.5 stars is not even close. It’s a 3 at best. Older, unwelcoming lobby, small pool, and the service is not any better than motel.

Check in was ok, but difficult to understand him. The 4 AM fire alarm was NOT fun, needed to evacuate by walking down 7 floors with water running down from sprinklers. It was nice riom but up and down the halways patches of the wall were cobmver by plastic sheets. They were doinjng construction out side my room on the wall at 12pm and 8pm. They were redoing the floor in the lobby were the elevator was and it was wet and slippery with no signs . Had to wait for a long time for the elevator due to them working on the floor because they had both door open and wouldnt let anyone up... they had an art party by the pool all afternoon and couldnt use the pool they had photo shots and said no pool access
