This is my go to place when I'm in the greater NYC area. Wi-Fi and cable TV work great. Staff are attentive and the owner addresses any issues you might have promptly. Good location with many restaurant locations nearby.

Needs updates
It's was extremely loud with people and kids in the early morning and with being next to the workout room even with a storage room between I heard weight slamming for hours. The vending machines were completely empty and the one soda they had left was $3. The room was ok but had bad damage to the walls ,paint blotches , rust and corners of the bathroom being dirty or moldy

Better off elsewhere
Absolutely horrendous. First off, the gentlemen at the front desk did not understand nor accept a service animal into the hotel at first. They asked questions unacceptable and unlawful. They initially were charging $150 for a "pet fee." After some arguement, they negated that. They charged a $50 incidentals fee, which is perfectly normal, but then said this would be returned after an inspection of the room priot to checkout. When asked if they inspected every room prior to checkout, they answered yes. It should be noted that no inspection of the room actually occurred. The room was dirty and in disrepair. The towels were dirty and showed stains. Photos and video of a room inspection are retained for record. The sheer drapes were stained, a fire escape was locked, the refridgerator, freezer and microwave were dirty and stained as well.
