One of the worst hotel stays. There was a piercing beeping sound in the lobby of the building throughout the entire stay of a week (a business trip no less), which was never resolved. It could be heard in our room at all times (which was actually at the end of the corridor -- felt so sorry for those closer), so we needed to run the window unit fans all night to try to drown it out. It was maddening. Further, our requests for housekeeping, replenishing of necessities, and even hangers (which we requested upon arrival), went unanswered the entire stay. Requests were made via the app, but also in-person at the main lobby. It got to the point that we just gave up. I don't understand this business model. It was bizarre, uncomfortable, and frustrating.
