The hotel has everything you need and the staff was exceptional! They were very helpful and professional. The hotel was clean and provided toiletries and water bottles everyday. It was a 10 minute walk to the Old Port which is filled with excellent restaurants and shops! We cannot wait to go back to beautiful Crete and stay with Epavli Grace again!

Awesome location right on the Main Street. Rooms were a decent size but the shower design is awful, you’ll have the whole bathroom floor yet and it’s unavoidable. Pool in the back of the building with loungers and a bar. Very nice staff.

Don't let the neighborhood fool you, this is a fantastic hotel with a staff that goes above and beyond! Newly renovated rooms with high standards. Very good and healthy breakfast. Short walk to the old town and attractions. If we ever come back to Chania, this will be the hotel again!

Short stay but would return

We stayed in room 502 which was a spacious room with huge balcony with sun loungers and a private hot tub. We were on,y using the room in the day and early evening as we had a late flight home but we would stay again. A good location, parking opposite and a 10 minute walk into the main old town. Very friendly staff.
